The AccessAbilities Expo, strongly supported by UAE government entities such as the Ministry of Community Development, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dubai Municipality, Roads and Transportation Authority (RTA), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Police, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA-Dubai), Community Development Authority (CDA) Dubai, Dubai Customs, Dubai Centre for Ambulance Services (DCAS), Zayed Higher Organization, and Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, held its inaugural edition with over 7,000 participants and 170 exhibitors from 45 countries. This event showcased the latest autonomous and assistive technologies that empower individuals with disabilities to live more independently.

From November 22 to 24, 2022, the AccessAbilities Expo returned for its fourth edition at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). This platform represents the aspirations and hopes of the 50 million people with disabilities residing in the Middle East. Building on the success of previous editions, this year’s Expo offers even more opportunities to explore the finest and latest innovations and technologies from around the world that can enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The Expo has grown in both size and prestige, with the 2022 edition covering an area of 8,000 square meters and involving more than 40 disability facilities and support organizations from across the globe.
