Trade Show Graphics Printing for Exhibition Stands
ExproStands provides trade show graphics printing for exhibition stands, branded displays and temporary event environments. We produce graphics around the approved stand design, final dimensions and intended application, helping ensure printed elements fit the structure correctly and support the brand clearly on the show floor.
What Our Exhibition Graphics Printing Service Covers
A well-designed custom exhibition booth is built from a combination of structure, visual communication and practical details. We select and coordinate these elements according to the approved design, booth size, venue conditions and intended use of the space.
Fabric & SEG Graphics
We produce fabric and SEG graphics for wall sections, backdrops, framed displays and reusable exhibition systems. Silicone-edge graphics are prepared to fit compatible frames with a clean, tensioned finish. Material and print specifications are selected around frame size, lighting conditions and intended use during the exhibition.
Vinyl Graphics & Wall Branding
We produce vinyl graphics for stand walls, counters, logos, directional branding and temporary branded surfaces. Each application is planned around the dimensions and finish of the surface so the graphic fits properly. Vinyl also works well for reusable stands that need event-specific branding for different exhibitions.
Rigid Panels & Exhibition Signage
We produce rigid panels for fascia branding, product information, logos, directional signage and display areas that need a stable printed surface. Panel dimensions are prepared around stand structure so finished pieces align correctly. Material and finishing choices depend on the size, mounting method and booth application.
Large-Format & Backlit Graphics
We produce large-format graphics for backdrops, feature walls, banners and high-visibility branded areas. Backlit graphics and lightbox faces need extra attention because illumination affects colour, contrast and image density. We prepare the print specification around the final application so each graphic performs properly once fully installed.
Our Trade Show Graphics Printing Process
A structured printing process helps reduce problems between artwork approval and installation. We work from the final stand information so the printed graphics are produced for the space where they will actually be used.
Artwork & Stand Review
We review the stand design, graphic locations, dimensions, artwork files and required applications before production begins. This helps identify where different materials or print methods may be needed across the booth.
File & Size Checks
Artwork dimensions, scale, image quality, fonts, logos, bleed and crop positions are checked against the required print size. Where clarification is needed, issues can be identified before the file reaches production.
Material & Print Specification
The print material and finishing method are selected around the intended application. Fabric, vinyl, rigid panels and backlit materials each behave differently, so the specification should match the stand element where the graphic will be installed.
Printing & Finishing
Approved artwork is produced to the confirmed dimensions and prepared with the finishing required for installation. This may include trimming, edging, mounting preparation or other application-specific finishing.
Quality & Fit Review
Printed elements are reviewed against the approved artwork, dimensions and intended placement. Particular attention is given to visible branding, panel alignment and graphics that need to connect across multiple surfaces.
Delivery & Installation Coordination
Finished graphics are prepared for delivery in line with the exhibition build schedule. Where ExproStands is also handling the stand installation, our installation and dismantling team can coordinate the graphics with the wider booth setup.
Getting Artwork, Colour & Dimensions Right Before Printing
Large-format exhibition graphics can make small artwork problems much more visible. A low-resolution image that looks acceptable on a laptop may lose clarity when enlarged across a stand wall, while an incorrect crop can affect a logo, product image or important message. Final dimensions should therefore be confirmed before artwork is released for production. Wall size, panel width, counter dimensions, lightbox openings and any breaks between surfaces can affect how the artwork needs to be prepared.
Bleed and safe areas are also important. Text, logos and other critical elements should not sit too close to trim lines, panel edges or structural joins. When graphics continue across more than one panel, the artwork should account for the way those panels meet on the finished stand. Colour also needs careful handling. Brand references should be supplied where available, and artwork should be prepared for the intended print process. Printed colour can appear different from what is seen on a backlit monitor, so colour decisions should be based on appropriate production references rather than screen appearance alone.
Our 3D rendering and concept development service can help establish graphic positions and visible brand areas during the design stage, making it easier to prepare artwork around the approved stand layout before printing begins. For backlit graphics, artwork may also need different treatment from graphics viewed under normal exhibition lighting. Image density, contrast and colour can change when illuminated, so the print specification should reflect the final application.

Why Exhibitors Choose ExproStands for Trade Show Graphics
Exhibition graphics are part of the physical stand, not a separate marketing file added at the end of the project. We approach printing around the actual booth dimensions, materials and installation requirements so the finished graphics work within the stand rather than simply matching the artwork on screen.
Graphics Planned for the Actual Stand
We work from the confirmed layout and graphic positions so wall graphics, counter branding, signage and display panels are produced for the surfaces where they will actually be installed.
Materials Selected for the Application
Fabric, vinyl, rigid panels and backlit materials serve different purposes. We match the print material to the required finish, mounting method, lighting conditions and expected use of the graphic.
Artwork Checked Before Production
File dimensions, resolution, bleed, crop positions and key brand elements are reviewed before printing. This helps identify avoidable artwork issues before they become visible on a finished large-format graphic.
Printing Coordinated With Stand Installation
Graphics production is planned around the booth build schedule so completed elements can reach the installation team at the right stage. This is especially important for graphics fitted into frames, walls, counters or illuminated structures.

Frequently Asked Questions About Trade Show Graphics Printing
Trade show graphics can include fabric and SEG graphics, vinyl wall branding, rigid printed panels, signage, banners, backdrops, counter graphics and backlit lightbox faces. The appropriate material depends on the stand design, mounting method and intended use.
Print-ready artwork is typically supplied as a high-quality PDF or another suitable production file containing the correct dimensions, fonts, logos and image assets. The exact requirement depends on the graphic type and print specification.
The required resolution depends on the final print size and normal viewing distance. Large-format graphics do not always need the same pixel density as small printed material, but source images still need enough detail to reproduce clearly at the intended scale.
Brand colour references can be used when preparing graphics for production. Printed colours may vary from what appears on a monitor, so supplying approved colour values or physical brand references can help guide the final output.
Fabric graphics are commonly used for tensioned frames and large wall areas, while vinyl is suitable for direct application to selected stand surfaces. Rigid graphics are printed or mounted onto stable panels used for signage, fascia areas and structured display applications.
Yes. Backlit graphics can be produced for suitable lightbox and illuminated display applications. The material, dimensions and artwork need to match the lighting system so the finished graphic performs correctly when illuminated.
Yes. Graphics production can be aligned with the stand build and installation schedule so printed elements are available when the relevant walls, frames, counters or display structures are ready for fitting.
Artwork should be approved early enough to allow time for file checks, printing, finishing, delivery and installation. The required lead time depends on the quantity, materials, print sizes and complexity of the exhibition project.
