About ExproStands – Exhibition Stand Design & Build Company
ExproStands is an exhibition stand design and build company supporting brands at trade shows across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and other international exhibition markets. Since 2013, we have worked on exhibition environments ranging from compact branded booths to larger custom stands, coordinating design, production, logistics and show-site delivery around each project’s floor plan, venue and commercial requirements.
Our work is built around a practical objective: the approved stand should translate accurately from concept to the exhibition floor, with the teams involved working from the same project information and schedule.

Who We Are and How ExproStands Works Today
ExproStands began with a focus on exhibition stand design and delivery and has since developed into a broader exhibition-project operation supporting brands across different venues, stand formats and international markets.
Our role is not limited to creating a visual concept. Exhibition projects require design decisions to work alongside structural requirements, graphics, audiovisual elements, venue regulations, transport schedules and installation deadlines. We therefore approach each project as a coordinated delivery process rather than treating design, production and show-site work as separate activities.
Today, our team supports one-off exhibition projects as well as brands exhibiting across multiple events. Some projects require a completely new stand, while others involve reusable components, updated graphics or layouts adapted to a different floor space.
That experience has shaped how we work: understand the event first, confirm the practical requirements early, and keep the approved design connected to the way the stand will actually be produced and installed.
Our Exhibition Experience Across International Markets
Exhibition delivery varies from one market to another. Venue access, technical approvals, working hours, freight procedures and installation windows can all affect how a stand should be planned and delivered.
Our experience across international exhibition markets helps us account for these differences early. We support projects across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and other key regions, adapting each project to the event, venue and local operating conditions.

Who We Are and How ExproStands Works Today
From concept development and branded production to logistics, installation and post-show reuse, we bring each stage of the exhibition stand project together under one coordinated delivery process. Explore how our team supports your stand from the first brief through show-floor handover and beyond.
Stand Design & Concept Development
We start with stand size, floor plan, brand needs, products, visitor flow and intended use. Our 3D rendering and concept development service turns these inputs into a clear visual layout, while our custom booth design and build service carries the approved concept through to final on-site delivery safely.
Production & Branded Stand Elements
Once approved, we define materials, finishes, display areas, structure and branding around final stand dimensions. Our graphics printing service covers fabric graphics, vinyl, rigid panels, signage and backlit applications, helping each printed element fit the approved layout and support a consistent branded finish across the completed stand onsite.
Logistics, Installation & Show-Site Delivery
A finished stand must reach the venue and be installed within the organiser’s move-in window. Our transportation and logistics and installation and dismantling services coordinate delivery, venue access, build sequencing and show-site needs so materials and teams stay aligned with the event schedule from arrival through final handover.
Dismantling, Storage & Future Reuse
For exhibitors using stand components across several events, delivery continues after the show closes. Our trade show storage service supports dismantling, inspection, organised storage and future retrieval, helping reusable exhibition assets stay ready for another event, revised floor plan or updated branded configuration when the next project begins.
How We Manage Exhibition Projects From Brief to Handover
A successful exhibition project depends on clear coordination as much as strong design. We begin by reviewing the event, venue, stand size, objectives, products and operational requirements so the project starts with a practical framework.
Once the concept is approved, we confirm the key details needed for production and delivery, including dimensions, materials, branding, lighting, AV requirements, venue access and installation timing. Before handover, the completed stand is checked against the agreed scope.
For more complex projects, our trade show project management service helps coordinate approvals, suppliers, logistics and show-site activities within one project timeline, reducing avoidable last-minute decisions at the venue.
How We Support Exhibition Projects Across Different Markets
International exhibition projects need to be planned around the venue and organiser, not simply copied from one market to another. Technical submissions, height limits, rigging, electrical requirements, fire-safety rules, loading access, build-up hours and dismantling procedures can all affect the final delivery.
We review these market-specific requirements before installation so design, production, logistics and show-site activities remain connected. For brands exhibiting across several events, layouts, graphics and transport arrangements can also be adapted while keeping the stand practical and visually consistent.
This approach helps us prepare each project for the actual conditions of the market, venue and event rather than relying on the same assumptions everywhere.

Our Standards for Quality, Accountability & Project Delivery
Approved Scope Before Production
The key design and project requirements should be agreed before the main production stage begins. Confirming dimensions, layouts, materials, branding and agreed technical elements early reduces uncertainty later in the project.
Clear Project Coordination
Clients need to know how information, approvals and project decisions are being managed. We keep the main workstreams connected so design, production, logistics and installation are working from the same project requirements.
Pre-Show Installation Checks
Before handover, the installed environment is reviewed against the agreed scope. This includes the principal stand elements, visible graphics and other project components that need to be in place before the exhibition opens.
Documented Changes & Client Communication
Exhibition projects can change as layouts, products or event requirements develop. Material changes to the approved scope should be confirmed clearly so the client and delivery teams understand what has changed and how it affects the project.
For us, accountability means keeping project information, responsibilities and approved changes clear throughout the design, production and installation stages.
